Ari began working with The Wooster Group as an intern in 1995. He joined the Group as a performer in 1996, originating roles in House/Lights, To You, The Birdie! (Phèdre), Poor Theater (Obie Award for Performance), Who's Your Dada?!, La Didone, Hamlet, Vieux Carré, Early Plays, Troilus and Cressida, The Room, The Town Hall Affair, A Pink Chair (In Place of a Fake Antique), Nayatt School Redux, The Mother, and Symphony of Rats.
He has also performed in the remounting of Fish Story, The Hairy Ape, North Atlantic, L.S.D., and Brace Up! with the Group.
